PRM handling

Mazowiecki Port Lotniczy Warszawa-Modlin Sp. z o.o. performs all its duties under Regulation (EC) No 1107/2006 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 5 July 2006 concerning the rights of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air from Warsaw Modlin Airport without any extra charges, through the ground handling agent: Welcome Airport Services Sp. z o.o.

Welcome Airport Services runs a point for receiving requests concerning arrival of disabled persons and persons with reduced mobility to Warsaw Modlin Airport.

The point is located in the generally accessible part of the Terminal at the ticket tollbooths marked with the Welcome Airport Services logo (in the corner of the hall to the right from check-in desks). Request for assistance can be submitted:

• after coming to the airport by use of two SOS/PRM panels installed at the entrance to the departures hall terminal

Assistance at Warsaw Modlin Airport is provided for both departing and arriving passengers.

The airport has designated special parking spaces for disabled persons, located at the shortest distance from the passenger terminal.
