Ryanair and Warsaw/Modlin Airport with an ambitious growth plan!
We have signed a long-term agreement with Ryanair – Europe’s largest airline – which outlines a dynamic expansion of our partnership and a more than threefold increase in passenger traffic: from 1.5 million annually in 2025 to over 5 million by 2030.
Key elements of the agreement:
- Expansion of the aircraft base from 4 to 8 planes
- Up to 25 new routes (the first launching in 2026)
- Over 600 new jobs – 200 at Ryanair and 400 within the airport operations
- Infrastructure development – by September 2027, we will increase the number of check-in desks to 8 and aircraft stands to 12
This is a strategic milestone for Warsaw/Modlin Airport and the entire region. Through this collaboration, we are unlocking the potential of central Poland and consistently positioning Modlin as a key low-cost air travel hub in the country, connecting millions of European passengers with the Warsaw metropolitan area and the Mazovia region.
